By using External Account Change service （”Service”）on Zname.com, you agree to accept and be bound by this Agreement. Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding the operation of External Account Change and the management of external pushed domains.
1. Definition
1.1 External Account Changes refer to the process which the losing registrar transfer your domains to our corresponding account on their site, and we add the domains into the domain database of Zname.com. You will be able to transact and manage your domains on Zname.com when the whole process is completed.
1.2 Corresponding Account refers to the Zname-owned account created on the site of the losing registrar, which is used to accept the domains.
1.3 User account refers to the account created on the site of the losing registrar, owned by the domain owner.
2. Process
2.1 The process of External Account Change is as follows:
(i) Login to your account on Zname.com, go to “Member Center – Domains –External Account Change” and submit a request.
(ii) Login to User Account, transfer the domains to Corresponding Account at no charge.
(iii) Login to your account on Zname.com, go to “External Account Change List” and clicked “Transferred”
(iv) Account change completed. You’re able to transact and manage your domains on Zname.com.
2.2 Some registrars may need to manually accept the domains. For detailed information, please contact your dedicated manager.
3. Fees
3.1 At its current price, $0.79/pc will be charged for members, $0.49/pc for VIP and $0.29/pc for SVIP for this Service.
3.2 Zname.com reserves the right to adjust the above pricing according to business needs and market changes, which will be announced on Zname.com. In case of any objection to our price adjustment, you shall timely notify Zname.com in written form and stop using the Service provided by Zname.com; otherwise, use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
4. Rules and Notices
4.1The domains transferred to Zname.com should be consistent with the External Account Change List, otherwise the domains will not pass the audit.
4.2 Please do not transfer the ownership of the domains that need to change accounts, otherwise you will fail to transfer your domains to Zname.com.
4.3 The use of the External Account Change domains must be in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will bear the legal consequences of all actions.
4.4 The DNS of the External Account Change domains will be changed to the DNS of Zname.com. To have your domains resolved by Zname.com, you need to set the default contact template to Zname.com.
4.5 According to the real-name policy for domain names, Zname.com will submit your personal information to its partners (other registrars) if needed.
4.6 The resolution, transaction and management of External Account Change domains on Zname.com shall comply with ICANN policy and relevant terms and conditions on Zname.com.
